Officially called the Lebanese Republic, Lebanon is a sovereign land in Western Asia. This nation lying in the Mediterranean is the Central point of the West and the Middle East and is a combination of traditional and modern. Religion, culture, and family are held high by this nation.

Beirut, the most glamorous city in the Middle East lies in Lebanon which is well frequented by tourists from different nations. Lebanon is covered majestic mountains, has some of the exotic beaches in the world and has many sites of ancient ruins.

This nation is also famous for its wonderful and unique cuisine. All these factors make this nation quite famous among travelers.

If you wish to travel to Lebanon as a tourist, you require a tourist visa which is valid up to a period of three months. To obtain this visa you need to submit a completed and signed visa application along with a valid passport with no evidence of your prior or intended travel to Israel, confirmed flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel itinerary, proof of financial stability and a valid bank statement for 3 months.

Once the visa is issued the visitor needs to enter the country within a period of 90 days.
